Act not to apply to certain establishments and persons

(1) The provisions of this Act shall not apply to,— (a) Any employee holding the post of secret, management or supervisory nature in any shop or any establishment; (b) such any employee which work is inter connection internal; (c) office of the Government or any local authority; (d) offices of Reserve Bank of India; (e) any shop or establishment used for patient, handicapped, without shelter or treatment of mental patient; and (f) any member of the family of any employer. (2) A list of the employees referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) shall be displayed at a conspicuous place in the shop or establishment and a copy thereof shall be sent to the Facilitator concerned.
