Statutory text
- (1) The Uttrakhand Scheduled Castes Sub Plan and Tribal Sub Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. 02, year 2013) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, or any action taken under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
