Uttarakhand Qualification for Nominated Members in Uttarakhand Char Dham Devsthanam Management Board Rules, 2021

(1) These rules may be called the Qualification for Nominated Members in Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board Rules, 2021. (2) This Rules shall be applicable to the temples mentioned in schedule (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Act, 2019 and other Devasthanams / temples. (3) It shall come in force at once.

(1) In these Rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "Act" means the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Act, 2019; (b) "Donor" means such any person who contributes to the temples/ devasthanams and donate etc. mentioned in the schedule of the Act. (c) "Hereditary priest" means the trustee or priest of a Char Dham Devasthanam/ any religious institution succession to whose office is regulated by any custom or denoted by any hereditary right;
