Repeal and savings

Statutory text
- (1) The Uttar Pradesh Plastic and Other Non-biodegradable (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2000 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 29 of 2000) (to the context of the State of Uttarakhand) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
