Permanent Endowment Fund

Statutory text
The University shall establish a permanent endowment fund of Rs. 2,00,00,000 (Two crore) in the form of a Bank Guarantee of a Nationalized Bank pledged in the name of State Government of Uttarakhand which tenure shall be five years and after that shall be renewed for five years again.
