Penalty for contravening provisions of section 5

(1) Any person contravening the provisions of section 4 (b) shall, a conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be liable, to a fine not exceeding rupees one thousand. (2) A transfer made in contravention of the provisions of section 4 (b) shall not be valid or recognized, anything contained in any other Jaw for the time being to in force to, the contrary notwithstanding.
