Annual report

(1) The University shall prepare the annual report containing such particulars as the Government may specify, covering each financial year and submit it to the Executive Council on or before such dates as may be prescribed by the Government. The Executive Council may pass resolutions thereon and the Government shall take Act ion in accordance therewith. The Act ion taken shall be intimated to the Executive Council. (2) Copies of the annual report along with the resolution of the Executive Council thereon shall be sent to the Government and shall be laid before the State assembly.
