Establishment of Council

Statutory text
(1) A council shall be established to be known as "Gairsain Development Council" for the planned development of infrastructure facilities for the Gairsain Block of District Chamoli and Chaukhutiya Block of District Almora. (2) The Head Quarter of the Council shall be at Gairsain in District Chamoli.
