Recovery of concession

(1) In case any enterprise contravenes any of the conditions of the letter of intent or agreement, under which the concession was granted to it, the amount of the concession so granted, shall be recovered. However, no recovery under this sub-rule shall be made, unless an order in this regard is passed by the Director of Industries. (2) Before passing an order, referred to in sub-section (1) of this section, the Director of Industries shall give an opportunity of being heard to the defaulting enterprise.
