Appeal

Any investor aggrieved by the orders of :- (1) The Competent Authority may appeal to the State Empowered Committee. (2) The District Empowered Committee may appeal to the State Empowered Committee. (3) The State Empowered Committee may appeal to the Government. Within thirty days from the date of the receipt by the investor of the order appealed against.
