(1) Chairman of sponcer body shall be the first Chancellor of the Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, who’stenure shall be of three years. There after the sponcer body, with the prior concurrence of the Visitor, shall appoint Chancellor from amongst its members (2) The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by the Statues made there under.
