Uttarakhand date of enforcement of Private University Act, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of The Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023(Act No. 02 of 2024), the Governor, hereby appoints 31st day of January, 2024 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
