Powers of the University

The University shall have the following powers, :-(a) To make education arrangements in all subjects pertaining to Technical Education, Management, Higher Education, Law Education, Social Science, General Science; Journalism and to provide for the promotion and dissemination of research and knowledge;(b) To carry out all such activities as may be necessary or feasible for achieving the objects of the University;(c) To hold examinations for, and to institute grant and confer degrees or other academic distinctions to, and on, persons, who- (i) Have pursued a course of study in the
