The Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021

(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force at once.

The Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management 2019 (Act No. 06 of 2020) is hereby repealed.

The United Shri Badrinath Temple Act, 1939 (U.P. Act No. XVI of 1939) is hereby revived.

Notwithstanding such repeal. (a) All rules, bye-laws, regulations made, notification or certificate issued, order passed, decision made, proceeding taken and other things done by any authority or officer under the repealed Acts shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act be deemed to have been made, issued, passed or done by the appropriate authority or officer under the corresponding provision of this Act and shall have effect accordingly, until they are amend, repeal or suspended under the provision of the Act. (b) All proceedings pending before the Government any officer or authority under the provisions of the repealed Act at the commencement of this Act may in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be disposed regularly by the appropriate authority under this Act.
