Power to make rules

(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:— (a) determination of the price where the price is not ascertainable under clause (j) of section 2; (b) the powers and functions to be exercised by the authority under section 8; (c) any other matter under sub-section (1) of section 9; (d) the manner of provisional attachment of the property under sub-section (3) of section 13; (e) the manner to receive and manage property under sub-section (1) of section 17; (f) the form in which appeal shall be filed the fee for filing the appeal under subsection (1) of section 21.
