1. Short title and Commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants (Repeal) Act, 2012. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 16, 2012.
2. Repeal of Uttarakhand Act No. 21 of 2011
