The Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Advocate Welfare Fund Act, 1974) (Amendment) Act, 2005

(1) This Act may be called the Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Advocate Welfare Fund Act, 1974) (Amendment) Act, 2005. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of its notification.

In section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Advocate Welfare Fund Act, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in clause (i), for the words "rupees fifteen", the words "rupees one hundred" shall be substituted.

In section 15 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the word "five", the word "ten" shall be substituted.
