Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rural Abadi Records Act, 2025.

1. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
