Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region and other Regions Development Authority Act, 2024 .
- (2) It shall extend to the Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region and other Regions as notified by the Government.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 7th day of March, 2024.
