Power of Inspector to adjust weights or measures.

Where it appears to the Administrator desirable that an Inspector should be allowed in any area to adjust the weights or measures or weighing or measuring instruments he may, if he thinks fit, authorise such Inspector to adjust weights and measures or such instruments accordingly.
