Coming into operation of the development plan.

1. (1) Immediately after the devclopmen~ plan has been approved by [he State Government, the planning authority shall publish a public notice in the Official Gazette and in a local newspaper, of the approval of the development plan and the place or places where copies of the development plan may be inspected .
2. (2) From the date oC publication of the aforesaid notice in the Official Gazette the development plan shall come into operation .
3. (3) After the coming into operation of the Comprehensive Development Plan, the Outline Development Plan shall stand modified or a1 tcrcd to the extent thc proposals in the Comprehensive Development Plan are at variance with the Outline Development Plan.
4. (4) A tlevefopment plan shall not, either before or after it has been approved, be questioner1 in any manner in an)! legal proceedings whatsocver
