In [his Act, unless [he conlexr orhet-wise requires- (a) "Asscmbly" rncalls the Lcgislativc Asscmbly of Tripura; (b) "Dcputy Speakcr" mcans the Dcputy Speaker of the Assembly ; (c) "Member" means a member of the Assembly not being the Chief Minister. a Minister or Minister of Stale or Deputy Minister ; and (d) "Spcakcr" means the Speakcl- of the Assembly.
