Custody of the Contingency Fund

Statutory text
- (3) The Contingency Fund of Tripura shall be held on behalf of the Governor of Tripura by the Secretary to the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, and no advances shall be made out of such Fund except for the purposes of meeting unforeseen expenditure pending authorisation of such expenditure by the Legislative Assembly of Tripura under appropriations made by law.
