Fo | 1 2 Hetil Ca ha PREFACE Various memoranda/instructions relating to revision of record-of-rights iscued by the Government upto February, 1985 were compiled and published in the form of a compendium by" the Directorate of Land { Records and Settlement on 17.5.89 to make those avai- { lable, to the Officers/staff attached to the revisional i operation for their guidance. : { This compilation was found very useful in field and therefore it was felt to issue the second part of the compilation with the memoranda/instructions J issued upto September, 1990. In the present compila- ¢ tion some memoranda/instructions issued prior to [4 February, 1985 but not incorporated in the publication 4 dated 17.5.89 have been compiled considering their El necessity in the present operation. pe The endeavour in bringing out this publication 4 would be fruitful if it becomes use of the officers/ staff attached to the revisional operation in renderingstheir assigned duties. : (N.C.
