1. (3) The members of tho Rifla shall receive such pay, pensi-n and akr remuneration as may be prcscribd.

1. (2) Tho Commandant. Deputy Commandant or Assistant Comman- dad shall &vs> and may exercise such powen and aathority as may be provided by of under this Act.
