Professional conduct and punishment

Statutory text
- (1) The State Council may prescribe standard of professional conduct and etiquette and code of ethics for medical practitioners consistence with tlj,e provisions made by the Indian Medical Council.
- (2) Any practitioner who commits professional misconduct shall be punished by the State Council in the manner as may be prescribed.
