Act not to apply in relation to certain establishment

This act shall not apply in relation to – (a) any employment under the Central Government ; (b) any employment in domestic service. Save as expressly provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act and the rules made there-under shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law, rules, regulations or orders for the time being in force or any decree or order of any Court or other authority
