Appeals

(1) Any person aggrieved by or dissatisfied with an order, decision or action of the Sub-Divisional Marriage Recorder may within a period of sixty days from the date of such order, decision or action file an appeal to the District marriage Recorder on payment of such fee as may be prescribed. (2) Any person aggrieved by or dissatisfied with an order, decision or action of the Sub-Divisional Marriage Recorder may file an appeal to the Chief Marriage Recorder within a period of sixty days from the date of such decision, order or action on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
