WHEREAS,the Parliamenthasenactedthe "Banningof UnregulatedDepositSchemesAct,2019"(BUDSAct,2019)and sinceall the relevantprovisionsof the "TripuraProtectionof Interest of Depositors(In FinancialEstablishment)Act,2000"havebeen

coveredin the Banningof UnregulatedDepositSchemesAct, 2019,it

is not requiredto continuewiththe existingTripuraProtectionof InterestDepositor(In FinancialEstablishment)Act,2000and as such it is expedientto repealthe TripuraProtectionof Interestof Depositors (In FinancialEstablishment)Act,2000(TheTripuraAct No.6of 2000); BE it enactedby the TripuraLegislativeAssemblyin the seventy-forthyear of the Republicof Indiaas follows:-
