Prohibition of employment of unregistered persons

No dispensary, hospital, infirmary or lying in hospital which is supported partialy or entirely by public funds, or local fund shall employ any person as a nurse, midwife, or Health Visitor unless he is registered under this Act or is under training in an institution recognised by the Council.
