Provided further that - In the absence of the designated Leader of Opposition, the meeting of the 3(three) Members Selection Committee comprising of the Chief Minister, Speaker and Leader of the Opposition may be convened by inviting the Leader of the Single Largest Opposition Party in place of the Leader of Opposition.
