Chapter I PRELIMINARY

- (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1975.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Tripura.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the seventeenth day of September, 1975.
