Statutory text
  1. (i) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such a manner as may be prescribed in the statutes;
  2. (ii) The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed;
  3. (ii) The Registrar shall be the Ex-Officio Secretary of the Court, Executive Council and the Academic Council.
