Chapter VIII PROCEDURE OF FORCE COURTS
Statutory text
- (1) Any enrolment paper purporting to be signed by an enrolling officer shall, in proceedings under this Act, be evidence of the person enrolling having given the answers to questions which he is therein represented as having given.
- (2) The enrolment of such person may be proved by the production of the original or a copy of this enrolment paper purporting to be certified to be a true copy by the office having the custody of the enrolment paper or service record.
