3. Establishment and incorporation of the Institute.

(1) There shall be established at Jodhpur an Institute called the Rajiv Gandhi Fintech Digital Institute. (2) The Institute shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name. (3) The Institute shall function as a University established under the State Act, open to industry partnership on a Public-Private Partnership mode. (4) The Institute shall, strive to identify industry partners for collaboration and, develop a detailed proposal for Public-Private Partnership.
