This Act requires employers in factories and establishments with 20 or more workers to pay employees an annual bonus linked to profits or productivity. It sets out how gross profits and the available surplus are calculated, who is eligible and who is disqualified, and the minimum and maximum bonus payable. It applies to employees earning up to a set wage limit.
