Amendment of Act 24 of 1973.

In the North-Eastern Hill University Act, 1973,--

1. (i) in section 1, in sub-section (2), for the words "Union Territories of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram", the words "State of Arunachal Pradesh" shall be substituted;
2. (ii) in section 2, in clause (l), for the words "Union territories of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram", the words "State of Arunachal Pradesh" shall be substituted;
3. (iii) in section 6, in sub-section (1), for the words "Union territories of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram", the words "State of Arunachal Pradesh" shall be substituted.
