Short title, extent and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the Manipur Prevention of Malpractices in High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary Examinations Act, 2024.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Manipur.
- (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
