Recovery of arrears.

An arrear of land revenue may be recovered by any one or more of the following processes, namely:—

1. (a) by serving a written notice of demand on the defaulter;
2. (b) by distraint and sale of the defaulter’s movable property, including the produce of the land;
3. (c) by the attachment and sale of the defaulter’s immovable property.
