Chapter XIV MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) The Central Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.
- (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—
- (a) manner of notifying model HIV or AIDS policy for the establishments under section 12;
- (b) any other matter which may be or ought to be prescribed by the Central Government.
