Construction of references to existing University in any document, etc.

Any reference to the existing University in any law, other than this Act, or in any contract or other instrument shall be construed,--

1. (a) if such reference relates to any asset or property of the existing University in the State of Haryana, as a reference to the Haryana Agricultural University; and
2. (b) in any other case, as a reference to the Punjab Agricultural University.
