Short title, extent and commencement.—
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Barge (Taxation on Goods) Act, 1985.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of July, 1978.
