Every rule made by the Government under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly.

Provision of this Act to be in addition to any other law for the time being inforce Provision of this Act to be in addition to any other law for the time being inforce.---Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to effect the operation of any other law and the rules made there under and the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the said Act and rules made there under.
