Staff of Lokayukta and Upalokayukta.- (1) The Government shall in consultation with the Lokayukta, provide officers and

(2) without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the Lokayukta or an Upalokayukta may, for the purpose of conducting inquiries under this Act, utilize the services of – (i) any officer on investigation agency of the Government or the Central Government, with the concurrence of that Government, or (ii) any other person or agency.
