CEILING ON HOLDINGS AND VESTING AND ALLOTMENT OF EXCESS LAND

If any person, who under section 4 is required to submit a return, fails to do so in accordance with the provisions of that section, the competent authority shall collect the necessary information through such agency as may be prescribed.
