Amendment of section 110

In section 110 of the principal Act, in clause (f), in sub-clause (i),-

1. (i) in item (g), the word "or" shall be omitted;
2. (ii) after item (g), the following item shall be inserted, namely:- "(h) the Foreigners Act, 1946 (31 of 1946); or".
