Right to appear in any proceedings transferred under section 7 or section 8

Any person who immediately before the appointed day is an advocate entitled to practise in the High Court at Patna or the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and was authorised to appear in any proceedings transferred under section 7 or section 8 shall have the right to appear in the High Court to which the proceedings have been transferred, in relation to those proceedings. Thence the boundary will run in straight lines within the high banks of the Ganga, joining successively points (approximate Latitude 25° 34' 09", Longitude 83° 57' 29") and (approximate Latitude 25° 33' 36", Longitude 83° 55' 51"). The last point is the trijunction of the boundaries of districts Ballia and Ghazipur of Uttar Pradesh and district Shahabad of Bihar.
