Amendment of section 27

Amendment of 7. section 27 In the principal Act, in section 27,-

1. (i) in clause (iii), in second line, for the words "rupees ten thousand" appearing in between the words "exceeding" and "and to advise", the words "rupees one lakh" shall be substituted:
2. (ii) in clause (vii), the punctuation mark "." appearing at the end shall be substituted by the punctuation mark ";" and thereafter the following new clause
3. (viii) shall be inserted, namely:- "(viii) the University may also create by Ordinance made in this behalf one or more separate special funds for the administration of endowments, trust or other grants for specific purposes.".
