[ 8- The unauthorized occupation by an allottee of this Act shall be evicted under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972 and the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Certain Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2010.]1
