1. Short title, and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Telangana Transplantation of Human Organs (Repeal) Act, 2025.
- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of March, 2025.
2. Repeal and savings
Statutory text
- (1) The Telangana Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1995, is hereby repealed.
- (2) On such repeal, the provisions of section 8 of the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891 shall apply.
